Mist resurfaced in South Australia as Gavin and his team spent time with Australian winemakers and explored their culture as part of The Adelaide Festival's "Lola's Pergola". An eleven course tasting menu showcased the culinary interpretation of this unique subculture of Australian vintners.
Mist explored the vibrant food traditions and culture of Bali, Indonesia throughout the spring and summer of 2012 and captured the journey on camera. Gavin and team worked in close partnership with the wonderful crew of the Silolona, Lotus Foods and other local experts and friends. Salt Lake City hosted Chef Gavin Baker’s award-winning cuisine at Mist:SaltLake in Winter 2012. Over 900 diners enjoyed the multi-course, multi-sensory experience of Mist.
